Home from the gym. Another long leg day. Legs well worked.

Home from the gym. Shoulders and core well worked. Today, there was hit water at the gym.

Back, and triceps, from the gym. Both well worked, especially triceps. Had to shower at home, since the gym had no hot water.

Made a brief stop at work to do a quick update. Making a quick caffeine stop.

Done with the gym. Trial went mostly well. Re-tweaked the left elbow, which I tweaked yesterday. This caused me to tweak my left shoulder trying rotator cuff pulls. I have the weekend to recover.

Home from the gym. Chest and biceps well worked. If there is any evidence of ‘second exercise syndrome’, it is in the chest workout. The last of the three bench workouts almost always suffers.

Home from the gym. Legs well worked, as they should, since this is the longest I have been at the gym at one time.

Had a very good gym week, a curious work week, and not much else. The weekend needs to be ‘me’ time. I need to check the direction life is heading and determine the best course of change.
