Is back, and shoulders, from the gym. Not a perfect workout, but a more relaxed one. Not many resolutioneers this evening.

A quick trip into work for a quick data run. Now, it’s @starbucks time. Also, I HATE this f$cking snow. >_
Finished the gym. Chest and arms worked. New keytag! Stopped @target for necessities. Now, @Starbucks for a treat.
feels mentally exhausted. With work drama, the snow, and the blizzard that is social not-working, I feel I am running in circles.
Got to work about 08h30, after a 30 min. commute. No more than previous storm.
Sticking with ‘main’ roads, it did not take me much longer to get to work than normal, other than mayor Ed not plowing west-side streets.
is at home, waiting out the snowstorm rather than working the legs at the gym, where I want to be. Will suffer in silence. >_
Also, it has been three years since I started going to the gym. Did not think I’d last as long when I started. Won’t consider quitting now.

Fridays are ‘chest and arms’ days. This is the last bit of the workout regimen that I do with the personal trainer, done on the only day that I can see my personal trainer. Mondays are ‘back and shoulder’ workout day. This was established as much because I do ‘chest and arms’ with the personal trainer Fridays as much as ‘everyone else’ seems to do ‘chest and arms’ Mondays. Net time in the gym is about 3.5 hours.
